Ann-Sofie Ronnlund
Head of Unit, Regulatory Reform, DG Research and Innovation
Ann-Sofie Rönnlund heads the Unit in the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation, which fosters links between innovation and regulatory reform in line with Commission better regulation tool #22 and #69. She has previously worked in the Secretariat-General of the Commission and in the Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology, advancing the EU’s digital and cybersecurity agendas. Before joining the Commission she worked in the European Parliament and with EU affairs at telecommunications company Nokia.
